We at soundsxp.com have just started to get regular gig nights for ourselves at the Purple Turtle in Camden. On the 1st February we have a great line-up featuring Pete and the Pirates and the Victorian English Gentleman's Club!
It's tough when you're not on much of a budget though: you're basically restricted to little-known local bands. I know plenty of bands around the coast open for offers, but Derby is an awful long to go without a sizeable contribution for petrol money and appearance fees.

HELLO! i live in Leicester for four days a week now because of my Uni course so i'm not as often near my computer and when i am im wriying ridiculous essays! I have to have 3 3000 word essays done before the end of term which is next week go on ask me how many ive done?
