Made some Sweet & Sour Shrimp for my peeps at work today. Hope everyone enjoys it!!!

I thought it would be fun to post some more pics of Ridley since everyone seemed to love her cuteness! The kitty in the chair with her is his little buddy, Stark. They are the best of friends.

I added this picture with the can of Monster to give everyone a notion just how big this thing is!

Finally after all the time it took this monster 7200+ piece Millennium Falcon is finally finished! Now I gotta figure how to display this big sucker.

The LEGO Falcon is really taking shape. I’m working on the top side of the hull now. It won’t be long now before this set of 7200 pieces is finally put together!

This is how my day was at the end of a 14 hour shift, 2 call-ins, schedule error (not mine) and people who don’t seem to give a shit about a team-oriented atmosphere...it’s amazing how the steps add up!

Yesterday a random person said loud enough for everyone to hear, “WOW, did I just walk in to a kindergarten meal?” She said other things as well that were insulting but let’s just keep to that..

I had made shrimp and Tasso Jambalaya, chicken gumbo, crispy chicken po’boy, chili and assorted sides. I thought it was a pretty nice little spread.
