today begins my embarkment on looking for a new place to live. i love the Ethel house so much, but all in all we are getting fucked by our landlord. he's sucha slumlord it's unreal. our apt has so much less than the rest of them. our hardwood floors are dingy and not finished. while everyone elses has nicely finished wood floors. our kitchen doesnt have proper cabinets in them. but when you walk in the courtyard and look at others they all have nicely finished cabinets. for the past 4-5 months i have been telling our landlord about our toilette. it runs all the time, thus causing us to have a high water bill. in fact this month's water bill was $166. what a bunch of shit is that? thats rediculous. not to mention our gas bill was $212 as well. $212 for gas? give me a fucking break. i really am starting to get sick of this place. i've lived here 2 years now, and i think it is time to move on.
i had an idea. since joe is moving here in 2 weeks and him and chris are getting a place, why not just get a fucking house with them and burrows and dave. i'm not sure how dave will feel about it. but i talked to burrows and he seems to think it's a good idea. plus living with joe is going to make it a lot easier to run the label and calamityproject.com we can set up an office in the house somewhere.
this weekend i have to help andrea move. she is moving to lakewood/cleveland.
which is totally awesome because now she will be so much closer to me, and not in parma.
i seriously hate parma.
