Letter from American Cancer Society. Anyone wanna help me with this?
Dear Mr. Hirsch,
Thank you for contacting your American Cancer Society. My name is
Alicia, and I will be assisting you.
Thank you for thinking of the Society with your donation from proceeds
of your calendar sale. Your thoughtfulness in donating in honor of the
little boy you mentioned is greatly appreciated. In order for us to
most efficiently assess your interest in the organization, please submit a
proposal of your ideas to the following contact at our National Home
Office:
American Cancer Society
Attn: Sherae Gillespie
1599 Clifton Rd., NE
Atlanta, GA 30329
Fax #: (404) 329-7985
Please send or fax your written proposal with any samples, business
cards, etc. you would like us to consider. Such a proposal might attempt
to address each of the following questions, as applicable:
> What are your objectives? What do you want to accomplish by
partnering with the American Cancer Society?
> What are your possible or probable strategies for reaching those
objectives?
> What will the promotion look like? How will you administer it?
> Do you have any kind of business plan overview/summary you could
share with us?
> What expectations do you have of the American Cancer Society in the
partnership? What work is expected out of our offices?
> What timing expectations have you set? Do you have a deadline set
for the near or distant future?
> Do you want to use our logo in the promotion or mention that we
would be the beneficiaries of this project?
Taking the time to provide this information will help the American
Cancer Society efficiently assess your idea. If you are uncomfortable
sharing information specific to the questions above, simply provide the
information you feel would be pertinent, along with samples.
Please contact your American Cancer Society if we can be of further
assistance. Thank you."
