So I've been working the east coast for the last three months, and hopefully I've made some good money to take back to Colorado soon. It's been kind of weird being out here for so long, away from my family, friends and everything that I know. I've had so little human contact out here that it kind of feels like being on a different planet that is inhabited by other humanoid beings that don't see me. Every now and then I get some sort of human contact, whether it's checking into a hotel or getting food or other supplies.
Anyway, I get to go in to homes that have been foreclosed on and it's truly sad to see the state of things. Our government talks about the economy and how it's getting better, well it's not, I get to see it on a daily basis, it's really sad when you see gas stations closed down. And it really makes me feel funny profiting off all this misfortune. Really I am getting to the point where I want to go home and relax for a few days, see my friends and family for a bit.
