I don't know if this happens to anyone else, and if it doesn't, it is further evidence of my insanity and a testament to all the drugs I did in the late '80's-early'90's...
But, for about the first hour every morning, I usually have a song or poem stuck in my head. It's like while I sleep, my brain goes rummaging through its crevasses and pulls out something wack for my amusement.
For example, two days ago it was NWA's "Straight Outta Compton" that kept playing in my head. Today, straight out of Sesame Street it's "I'm the King of 8, and I'm here to state..." WTF? I haven't seen an episode of Sesame Street for at least 10 years, yet here's that little memory, unearthed.
So, am I totally nuts, or do all of you have random weirdness that circulates through your skull?
