I ended being able to scrounge up the money for a PSP in the end. Tres sexy, I must say.

Today at school, I learned about two guys for an animation studio here in Chicago were looking for some student computer animators to do lip syncing for their feature length animated film. I found this out last minute and only was able to pull together 15 seconds of footage for them when I went for the interview, but it was enough. I got the internship! I will only be working there one day a week for no pay, but I get an actual film credit in my work, experience, and the possiblity of a job with the studio. This is the best oppurtunity I have ever had (especially since all the other animator jobs were diffiicult to do since I was in the burbs), so believe me I will take this seriously. It starts April 14 for me...glee! I am going to have my name in a movie credit!
