I suppose I should give a real update on my life, but is there to really talk about? Still job hunting, Thanksgiving weeken will be spent by me being all alone for the third time in a row, got a 360, among other boring and uninteresting stuff.
So, I guess I can just do that 20 random facts I saw everyone do. I never done it myself cause I never was tagged, but still, it is something at this point.
1. My favorite possesion is an old blanket my grandma gave me as a kid. I have not thrown it out yet.
2. Despite the fact I go to an anime convention every year, I am finding anime getting more and more annoying. The last anime I bought was a DVD boxset of DNA^2 and I doubt I will really watch it. I think the fanbase of the genre has really killed it for me.
3. As a gamer, I can not stand fanboys/fangirls. If a person lets me know that they are one or hints it to me, I consider their opinions to be not very valid in terms of gaming knowledge. This is probably because I used to have a case of Nintendo fanboyism when I was little (before the term was even used) and I found out many of the games I missed when my dad got me a Sega Genesis for my birthday. I never asked for the system, he just gave it to me. And I thank him for it.
4. I drove today for the first time in 2 years. I developed a fear of driving after I dozed off at the wheel and almost slammed into a tree. The thing that traumatized me the most is that there were passengers in the car with me. Thankfully they woke me up, but still, it scared the shit out of me.
5. I can never do any open work on my own in my spare time. For some reason, I can just never find the right kind of motivation to do it. However, give a deadline and reason to do it (ie, a job or a class), my dedication goes up real fast.
6. I think Final Fantasy needs to be killed before it multiplies even more. Especially after that complete and utter piece of shit excuse for a demo. It was so bad, it depreciates the value of Dragon Quest VIII.
7. I am incredibly jumpy at horror movies. Despite this, I love 'em....though I hate when I go with friends who like randomly poke me in the middle just for fun.
8. Many of my real life friends say I have an Asian fetish. I feel it is more of just a coincidence that I know a lot of attractive Asian girls (most of which who were at my college).
9. I have one and only one requirement for a relationship. If I rather jump out of a building, shoot myself in the head, or bang my head into the wall until I knock myself out more than I want to talk to the girl, then it will not work out.
10. On a similar note to that, there have only been 5 girls that meet in real life that met requirement. One was a psychotic bitch and I don't care whatever happened to her. Two of them have no interest in me relationship wise, but would like to remain friends. One is a girl I have met twice, but felt a good connection with, but disappeared on me and I will probably never see her ever again. The last is a girl who I knew from a class and used to talk to often. I started calling her a couple of weeks ago. We talked twice. She has yet to answer since then.
11. I have an extremely guilty conscience. Damn Irish Catholic roots.
12. With the exception of trying maurijuana once, I haven't used any drugs.
13. I can't stand the taste of carbonated drinks. Pop (or Soda for you non-Chicagoans), beer, and the such are beverages I refuse to drink.
14. I hate being the center of attention.
15. I try to keep my sense of humor always up. Sometimes, however, I do lose it now and then.
16. I watch the 700 Club every now and then for shits and giggles. Seriously, why the hell people asking Pat Robertson about exercising and health? Fuck, are people that dumb? Oh wait...yes. Yes they are.
17. When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be Bill Murray. Cause he was a Ghostbuster.
18. I don't eat healthy at all. In fact, the only fruit I will eat is an apple. That is pretty much it. Thankfully, I do eat broader range of vegetables...like string green beans, potatoes (mashed prefered), carrots, and such.
19. I am foolish with money. The fact I bought an Xbox 360 is probably proof of that though. Next big purchases: an NYC trip and a 27' 1080i HDTV for my room.
20. I haven't done anything fun on the past 9 weekends. Hooray for loser lonely nights!

I hated high school so when I see people on there that I know from high school, I cringe. It is interesting though to see what they're up to and how they turned out. From the looks of things, I'd like to say that my life has turned out to be a hell of a lot more promising than theirs LOL.
I hate being the center of attention too. I still maintain that this is the reason I havent graduated yet....I fear the party.
I think your standards are very ...um.... obtuse.
Write and tell me two more things about you cuz I don't count things we have in common
