Hey there everyone! First, I hope you all have a great weekend!
Now back to the blog homework, what I do to maintain fitness, well, it's a set of measures tbh.
I have an exercise routine on weekdays, resting on weekends. I go to the gym everyday and when I'm unable to go (like today, it's too cold to go out LOL) I exercise at home. It helps me keeping a good mental well-being sensation and sleeping better too.
Some of you might have even already caught me in my daily livestreams at the gym LOL
Additionally, I drink A LOT OF WATER. In the past I've already had some medical problems due to poor water intake, and well, lesson learned.
As of recently, I started following a nutritionist-guided diet just to learn how to eat properly and I've already lost 4 kg (this would be nearly 9 lbs for my US friends here) in only 1 month and a half. It made super happy and I'm even more motivated to continue in this journey!
I took these photos this morning while doing some stretching. I wasn't going to post the second, but my cat just about to attack the other cat in the background made it kinda funny so there it is.
