I can't go see the National now.
My boyfriend can't go, and I have no one else to go with, so I have to settle with NOT seeing them. Annoying. But, he promised that if they come around here again, he'd absolutely go see them. I hope he's serious.
I'm currently wearing a pair of adorable shoes, with mucho lotion on my feet (it's the trick to breaking in those bitches!). Just smear your feet with lotion (the amount of "smearing" depends on the fabric of the shoes, so don't go suing me!), and put them on, and walk around the house, or sit on your laptop and wiggle your feet in weird ways. And to avoid foot sores when you wear them for real, put on the lotion... I can't wear like ANY shoes without something wrong my feet, and this really really really helps, I promise!
True Blood fucking rules, and I HEART Lafayette. Is Tara in the books? I am like 1/8 of the way through book two, Living Dead and Dallas, and there's a mention of a Tara working at a store, but she hasn't been met yet.
The show is infinitely better than the books, sorry. The books aren't that great. The second season follows the book so far, with the exception of the red head, who I adore.
