I was in SF yesterday and I found this really cute metal pencil case that was made in Korea.

There are two cute cartoon characters on the front and it says...

I didn't get my dermal punch today...I forgot the pyrex plug at home...and didn't realize until I got to the city.

I had to leave a post because, forgive me for being sheltered, but I haven't met anyone before who's read Memoirs of a Beatnik.

Let's just say that book caused a great deal of chagrin to my girlfriend at the time after I read the chapter where Diprima gives the "shocker" to the guy that lives in the back of the bookstore.

I thought it would be a great idea, but when I gave her her little surprise she was pretty bummed with me.
