Ran Week 3 Day 1 this morning. It's 200 yds run 200 yds walk then 400 yds run 400 yds walk and repeat. It went pretty good. I'm two weeks into this thing and I'm starting to get the urge to slack off. I have got ot push on thru that. Looking back on week 1 with it's 60 secs of running I though 400 yds were going to be too tough but I did it. I'm happy it's Fri and I have the weekend off. i'm going to get some shit accomplished.
