the sabatino egg sandwhich me and my family mostly me have been looking for ways of perfecting the fried egg sandwhich i think i have done it.

two eggs
two slices of cold cuts the best are ham and gena salamie
two slices of cheese could be swiss provolone or american
eighter roll, rye bread, or a nice italian bread i would go with the italian bread

greese pan with butter or pam
fry cold cuts
if you didnt you must wisk eggs
drop eggs right on top of cold cuts until eggs are well done
take off heat put frying pan to the side
slice bread put cheese on bread and lay eggs on top of cheese or sandwhich cheese between two slices of rye with egg on each slice or on top of sanwich . the main thing is that the sheese melts on the sand which. thats it.
go have your self some good coffee with that can serve two but when it comes to me one.
