Why now? Why do I have to fight off some sort of illness right now. I have to fly to SF tomorrow and i have to record. I have practice today. I have to pack. I've been pounding vitamin C, zinc, echinacea, goldenseal, and green tea. I've been sleeping 10 hours a night. I've been good. What else can I doooo? Go away illness.

eat as much garlic as humanly possible and don't eat any sugar. that what works for me, anyway.

bring garlic, fresh ginger root. lemon wedges, and cayenne pepper, just to a boil, stir in some honey, pretending that its gonna some how mask the horrible taste, and choke down as much of this awful elixer as possible. believe it or not it really does help.
