Currently in Massachusetts at my parents house. There is snow on the ground and I got to go cross country skiing yesterday. It had been so very long and i love cross country skiing so much.

My Mom seems well, but it is so hard seeing her get so exhausted and so strange to see her with no hair. She's so lovely regardless....and still laughs...

I wish your mother a remission in the near future and a quick and steady recovery. And you, a peace of mind and no worry or frustrations. Im trying to live a healthier life as well. I've cut my drinking to wine here and there, trying to quit smoking, and I want to get back into yoga and back in the gym as well. I cant afford the yoga or gym thing at the moment though. Im wondering if there are any good yoga dvds?
