So as of Wednesday morning, I will have a third sweet kitty... here's the story:
On Friday morning, as I was leaving the boy's place, I heard a little kitty voice meowing and crying, constantly. I looked everywhere and was about to give up when I saw a little face looking at me from a bush. I walked over, and this kitty (about 10 months old) was nothing but fur and bones... petting her was heartbreaking because really all you could feel was bones
Well... being the person I am, I could not leave her there. But I didn't want to take her home either, because I have two cats already and didn't wanna bring home any sicknesses she might have. So I took her to the local shelter. The whole car ride, she laid in my lap and purred, and rubbed against me, and dozed on and off. That's when I fell in love with her.
So I decided that she needs to be at home with me. She's such a sweetheart, and she shouldn't be at the shelter any longer than she has to be. I'm hoping she and Arwen will become close pals... I already know Simon will love her.
I went yesterday and put down a deposit on her, which guarantees her as mine for the first hour she's available for adoption. She's available on Wednesday, so I will pick her up early Wednesday morning. Her name is Samantha. And here's the pick of her that the shelter took for the website:
She's way cuter in person, and I'm gonna fatten her up. I can't wait to bring her home!!

she's adorable. (of course she is. she's a kitten!)
I hope she gets all healthy and happy and rompy playful and gets along with everyone.
it's funny how cats...even kittens just sorta pick people.
my lil retard did the same thing to me...running up to me as a stray. actually I think he was tired of tormenting the fat old cat he was trying to get to play with him, but whatever.
