Concrete Blonde was amazing. She was poetry. She was barefoot and angry and beautiful. She was wearing black oriental pajamas. Her voice was even better live--how rare is that? She got up there to give us a show even though she was ill. (They had to cut the set short.) Amazing job with "God Is A Bullet". "Joey" and "Mexican Moon" made me cry. It was all I hoped it would be.
Now for Flesh Fest on the 29th and Ministry next month on the 8th. BTW-Someone from our SG beer together mentioned Ween. Just wanted to let you know, in case you didn't, that they are playing on May 4th.
In other news I've decided I need a pet. I think I would like a cat. A nice, soft, meowy cat.
Just finished reading "Blackwood Farm" last night and it was one of favorites. That and Vittorio. I dreamt all night of sweet faced boys and Pompeii and dark warm, swamps. Looking for a new book to start on now, hopefuly my "Love In Vein" will come soon. Every time I start a book I can't put down, I have to finish it. lol Any suggestions on a good books?

I am very happy you had fun at the show. As far as a good book I recommend American Gods by Neil Gaiman. It is about how the old world gods of "mythology" are fighting the American gods of technology like computers and stuff. It is very entertaining. Anyway g'night m'lady.

House of Leaves is a dense and difficult but rewarding book.
