So know I"m pestering him to give me hustling tips and how to get into that life. I mean, I don't have a 40-hour work week in me. I need to find alternatives. I actually don't really know WHAT he does, but I do know that tipping a bartender a $50 isn't a big deal for him and he is able to go out every night, and pick up a vacation whenever he wants. He normally rolls out with all his girl friends and no one ever has to buy their own drinks as long as he's around. He's a great guy. Possible addition to the to do list if BF and I split up: Get back in that crowd. I miss that life a little and hey, it's like insta-friends built in
As far as Christmas morning? Not so fun. After breakfast with another friend, I went to work and was tortured by the uptight rich folks who attended the resorts ridiculously expensive Christmas buffet. All the servers pooled tips and one of the girls messed up her paperwork (hence the status ) so I still don't know how much we made in tips (OR IF THEY SPLIT THEM FAIRLY) I really hope I didn't get screwed by those bitches.
What is most important is: I survived this dreaded holiday. Now I just need to get through New Year's and Valentine's day and I"m good for the rest of the year.
Christmas wasn't a complete bust. Despite BF going home for the holidays and me not being able to go with, I actually had a pretty good Christmas eve. I hit up the local gay bar and mingled with a favorite bartender. I've had what I would call a 'drunken bar patron' crush on him for literally years. And apparently he's been crushing on me too. However, we both have honeys so we just get to flirt and say ridiculous things to each other. Considering I was lonely as fuck, it was a welcome distraction. Plus, I love corny flirting.

Hustling in the ham? Not to cast any doubt on your abilities, but waiting tables seems like a safer bet. Could work in a big city though. It'll be interesting to see how or if this ties into what you blogged last Wednesday.
