I've been playing the shit out of some video games since I got my very first PlayStation on my sixth birthday, almost eighteen years ago. Spyro the Dragon was probably the first video game I ever played that felt immersive in a sense, probably because it was the first real free roam I played as a child, and I thought it was the prettiest, most magical, fun game in the whole damn universe. I still love the concept and the gameplay, and I still speed run Ripto's Rage every now and then! I might have to go find it and play it now that I'm thinking about it lol 💖

Oh, Spyro, so many memories of that game. It's a shame both Spyro and Crash Bandicoot went downhill after the PS1
