Well, it's been a pretty crappy weekend... My grandfather had two mild heart attacks on Saturday.. It took 10 hours for the ER to finally find him a room in the Critical Illness Unit and he was absolutely miserable until they moved him. The weird part is due to his diabetes, poor circulation, and lack of activity his legs were hurting so bad that he never even complained of any chest pains.. The only thing he ever mentioned were his legs hurting tremendously, especially his left.. He also was bleeding out of his rectum, but I don't even think he realized that.. They ended up having to give him a blood transfusion due to the loss of blood.. All we could do is just stand there and try to comfort him since the staff was being pulled 500 different ways because the ER was pretty packed

Anyway, I've been visiting him every day (have to make a 30 minute drive to do it) and he seems to be getting better. He's finally coherent, but they still haven't ran the proper tests to find out why he was bleeding out of rectum.. Luckily, he stopped bleeding from there so it's been ok to wait for it
