I watched Adaptation last night. Wow, what a great movie. Nicolas Cage was great. But, it really disappointed me when the ending turned into this huge Hollywood thing. I mean murders, deaths, and carwrecks? They took a great movie that was character driven and filled with emotion and degenerated it into a thriller. But i'm a sucker for movies dealing with people and their feelings. Has anyone seen Anniversary Party? That was a great movie and it didn't have people murdered or chase scenes.
