So after a run in with my boss today I started thinking. Why is it that the people who know absolutely nothing about their jobs are generally the ones in charge? And why is that most know that they dont know anything and wont listen to advice from the people who do? I'm sure everyone has had experiences like that. But it really bugged me today.
