Ross starring in "Times almost up"
Today on my hangover has consisted mainly of watching old cartoons, listening to comedian Dane Cook and sleeping lots.
I've told work i'll be leaving there September 5th and plan to head down to Nottingham and move in my new place around the 10th.
Its strange how you can see people everyday and not know whats going on in their lives. For example Iain a guy i work with had his friends brother (14) die of leukemia earlier in the week. He said the funeral was a pretty dire event. Thats a terribly young age to die at.
My other workmate Dave's sister had a miscarrage 2 saturdays ago so he's been obviously downbeat about that. My heart goes out to her.
So thats 2 tragedies with 2 staff members on the camping floor, only 5 of us work on that floor.
It must be the curse of Blacks.
I got extremely drunk yesterday night and slaughtered a karaoke version of "Spitting Games" by Snow Patrol.
You can tell when the song isnt even vaguely in your range when you keep skipping up and down pitches every sentence. Poor choice there i feel.
I saw an old friend i hadnt seen in about a year last night, we never spoke. We fell out of touch and for once it wasnt my fault, last time we talked we were on good terms, not sure what happened there.
I'm going through one of those slightly emo phases again. I mean i'm pretty happy with who i am most of the time i'm just in a "WHY DO YOU HATE ME SO GOD?" kind of phase with the way i look. You know you have those days when you look in the mirror and just think? Damn boy thats one unfortunate face your carrying around on your skull.
Note to self, avoid reflective objects.
I wish i was one of those people who was unbreakably confident about the way they looked, regardless of how they actually looked. I tend to hit these phases when my life hits a standstill and get bored. Boredom leads to thinking, thinking has never been a friend of mine, probably why i avoid doing it almost everytime i open my mouth.
Oh, recommend me some upbeat funny films to watch. Or some comedians to check out.. or some good bands to listen to.
I need something new to pay attention to badly.
The boredom is back... run children run!

Haha, yeah...or not. I wouldn't dare to do that since I'm hoping to get more work at that place. But I'll do something if they're really bad to me
