So here's another Journal Update from me.... i'm never really sure what to say on these things but how about we start it off with current affairs.
So my flatmate recently informed me that someone had been stabbed whilst being mugged in the alley behind my flat on saturday. He thinks the guy might of died based on the fact the ambulance stayed there for a very long time then eventually leaving. Emergencies they tend to go for haste.
Just to give you a little insight into how this is slightly worse than it sounds... well for a start my flat is on a main road, right next to an Asda superstore. oh and it was in daylight at about 5pm. So if anyone happens to be walking past my flat in the near future i'd avoid the alley next to or behind it because you'll probably be mugged and stabbed to death.
That makes it 5 deaths (that i know of) in the year and a half i've lived in Nottingham. Brilliant work guys seriously... lets see if we can hit double figures before the years out.
So what else.... oh yeah, i went to see the Ring 2 tonight... i wasnt dissapointed, but my expectations were low. Nothing really happened in it, and there were no scares whatsoever.
Before that film i went to a resteraunt and then played 2 games of bowling which was fun.
In Resident Evil news.... apparently everywhere is still sold out, so i'll have to wait til i head back to Nottingham to see if i have more luck there.
My friday consisted of .. oh and check out the coolness of this.... me and some friends getting together for a LAN party. Yes im really just that cool.
4 of us..... lots of beers and a few hours of gaming, before we all headed out to meet up with everyone else in town, go to a few pubs and end up in our towns only nightclub. I had a great night, saturday morning/afternoon we had a barbique and i swear the chicken and pepper kebabs i made were the slowest cooking things in history... must of taken litterally about 90-120 minutes for them to cook. God knows what was going on there.
So tomorrow i think i'll ring up and buy my Glastonbury Tickets for this year...... (their sold out... but i have connections )
Oh and not tell my parents about the 3rd murder in a 20 minute radius of me this University year.
EDIT: 3 murders and one suicide this year. As Lee pointed out there was a very bizarre story of a some guy who went to Nottingham University who decided one night that enough was enough so hung himself on the gates of a campus (i think)...
later all.
