Ok Ok .. I know it seems a waste to have a membership and not update. It has been midterm hell around here and things are just starting to settle down.
Now on to things completely unrelated to school. The other weekend, while on a bender with one of my favorite residents of toon town, I was introduced to a little game they call tipsy cups. You form 2 lines and it is a relay race to see which team can chug their beer and tip the cup over in a specific way first. The winners get to yell harsh phrases like "ahaha you suck at tipsy cups" to the losers, but other than that there are no repurcussions. I have decided that it is the socialist drinking game as everyone expereinces the same degree of intoxication and there are no real incentives for success. I quite enjoy this new random and trivial pastime.
This weekend should be fun. I can finally get new plugs (possibly stretchers, as I may want to go bigger) and buy a few much needed sweaters. Homework for the weekend is actually looking manageable. There is also this annual Agriculture Students Association social gathering occuring on friday night. They call it the AG BAG DRAG GOOSE! I don't really get it, but it sounds like a good excuse for tipsy cups, so I may still attend.
Next weekend I have to attend an agriculture scholarship recipients award night. They call it the "Bean and Feeds Award Night". I am not sure what legumes have to do with them giving me money and I am not sure I care. I am just hoping they feed me something more than beans. What is with the names these Ag people come up with? Now I know where all the Ethels and Reginalds of the world come from. I don't know anyone who is attending this even and thus have concluded, that I will once agian be the only 2 legged creature lacking wranglers. I find it entertaining when the slightest bit of pink hair still shocks people. Honestly, my fashion sense is soo tame. I am baffled at old farm folk's reactions. Anyways I now have to add 300 more words to my paper on feed efficiency in feed lot cattle and sodomize some sheep.
Kisses from the flat lands.
