Before I start this entry. Has anyone tried a drink called red beer? It's actually pretty good. If you like bloody mary's you might enjoy this one. A friend of mine is a bartender & told me about this drink. It's made with 3 parts tomato juice & 1 part beer. It's very tasty.
Last week at work was good. Nothing too crazy went on, thankfully. I went out Friday night & had a blast. Didn't get crazy & drunk. It was more of a laid back atmosphere. I didn't mingle as much as I usually do. I just spent most of the night talking to a friend of mine. I didn't really realize it til after the fact. Her & I get along really well, pretty much from the get go. It's kind of weird how well you get along with certain people.
I ended up going in 5 hours early into work Saturday. Our company did a lot of events over the weekend. Loop Fest, Ozzfest, The Gay Games, Phil Lesh (from the grateful dead) plus the people working out on the street. Busy, busy weekend & they needed extra help. I actually ended up working the Phil Lesh concert at Nothernly Island. It was so laid back. Alot of old & new hippies. Tons of those tied dyed shirts everywhere. There was this guy selling tied dyed socks. It was amusing, all we really had were a few drunks here & there. No transports were made to the hospitals. Which is always a good thing.
How about that crazy storm last night? I was slightly upset cause I had just washed my truck earlier in the day. Go figure, I take forever to wash it. When I do it not only rains but thunderstorms. I would like to share that a friend of mine just had a beautiful little girl last night. Mom & baby are doing just fine. So congrats to you guys.
My account got renewed sometime last week. So everyone has to put up with me for another year.
