How was your christmas and new years?? Mine was fantastic! Ive been a busy bee, pulling 50 hour work weeks and constantly out and about playing. I dont ever make new years resolutions because I just dont believe in them. Its kind of silly to me only making goals for yourself once a year, but I am looking forward to 2014, I just want a happy, stress free, drama free, amazing year! Haha
I recently got offered a job with my old chef. This is an amazing opportunity but for some reason Im terrified of it, probably because Im so comfortable with where I am now. I seriously have nothing to lose, I just cant seem to pull my head out of my ass and say yes! He is one of the most amazing chefs Ive ever met/worked for, thankfully I have 2 months to figure my shit out.
My schedule just got switched, at first I was completely bummed out about it because I went from sunday-thursday 8-4 to tuesday-sunday 2-10 but so far Im a lot happier, better coworkers, I get to sleep in, and I feel like I have a lot more time in the day to get more stuff done. Ive always been a night owl, and a so-so morning person. I noticed I drink more tea instead of coffee now too. And my mondays have turned into a cooking day with my friend Nicole, Im teaching her how to cook and its pretty awesome.
I am currently planning a trip to Disneyland. Hahaha I have been wanting to go for a while and its finally happening. I cannot even began to explain my excitement! But I am also planning a few other trips this year, Colorado, Texas, LA, and of course a few weekend trips to Portland! Wish me luck! haha So Im most likely going to be spending all of my free time being a recluse trying to save money.
