The past month has been pretty good and the next little while is shaping up as well.
My wife and I went up to Napa for Valentines Day. We went to Rubicon Estate and then Sequoia Grove as they were doing a big chocolate and wine thing. They had more chocolate and chocolate flavoured desserts than you could imagine. Pair that with the wine and it was unbelievable. We went to St. Supery and then finished off at Elizabeth Spencer while we waited for a table at the Rutherford Grill.
Later in the month, we had some friends over for a night of food, drinks and fun. We all pitched in to cook something. I did Mussles, my wife did Mac and Cheese, One of our friends did BBQ Baby Back Ribs and a couple of our other friends did Jerk Chicken.
It was way to much food but it is always fun to spend a Saturday with friends.
We are going to a friends birthday party this Saturday and then are visiting some friends in Healdsburg to go wine tasting this Sunday.
Later this month Sam Roberts is coming to town. They are playing at the Cafe du Nord. It's a very small venue and should be an amazing show. I also got tickets to see Kings of Leon at the end of May and tickets to both nights of The Tragically Hip when they visit the Fillmore in June.
