Thanks to everyone for all the comments, i really appreciate the time you spend to send me or leave all these message. I know i was been away of community, all these past months was very hard to me in my work. I try to update my instagram everytime i can and now is time to update my blog :D

i started to run 2 times per week and i feel great, i don't took a picture before start to do it, so i can't show the differences in my body, and with this week is my first month doing exercises after awhile of be a lazy girl.
