I've been fighting with a database these last few days. While it seemed to be winning the battle, new evidence has appeared that points all signs to: what I'm trying to do is not possible. HA, db, so you're not too clever for me - you're just INCAPABLE. HAHA

At this point, I'm happy with that.
There's an pot in the fridge. It's been there for a few weeks. I have two hypotheses:
1. Upon finishing left overs, the room mate immediatly cooks something else in the same pot, and puts in back in the exact same spot in the fridge.
2. It's the same food from 2 weeks ago, which is at this rate probably going to evolve into a conscious being.
I guess only time will tell, cause *I'm* certainly not brave enough to lift the lid.

And I'm going Bed -> Desk -> iBook since I already have a thinkpad x20, it's just that it's 3 years old now...
I haven't written in a while. I'll try harder.
MS SQL Server does the job for me. Don't use triggers much, but rely extensively on stored procs.
