I went to my very first arobics class today. Every winter I plan to go.. seeing as how other forms of exercise (like rollar blading) aren't possible... but I never get around to it.
Rosalyn: 1, Insomnia... well.. the important thing is that I got to 1!
And, in addition to the fact that I might get some SLEEP tonight, it feels sooo good to be all worked up!
Just start learning some Perl in skool.... or rather, the prof gives sketchy lectures and then I go learn the stuff on my own. Anyway, it's one hella crazy language buy I really like it... mm, power!
Off to study... cause if I don't get lots done tonight, I'll be forced to waste a Friday night here in front of the books... stupid Saturday exams.

25 g yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar/honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
about 3 cups wheat flour
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add salt, sugar, oil and yoghurt. Mix in the flour gradually so that the dough becomes firm and round. Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place.
Roll 8-10 buns of the dough and flatten them into flat ovale breads. Let rise again. Brush with melted butter/margarine and bake in an oven in 225C for about 10 minutes.
