Just came back home from grocery shopping...think I'm gonna make Chicken Mole for dinner tonight. I had promised some friends of ours that I would make it for them, since they have never tried it before. Mole is definately one of my favorite Mexican dishes! Yummy!
Well I better finish cleaning up so I can start cooking...
