Wow it has been a LONG ass time since I have been on the site...
*I did finally get a job working for an awesome company here in Colorado Springs. It was hard trying to find a place that accepts piercings, tattoos, and crazy hair colors, but I did! I love my hours...I work from 5am to 1:30pm. The early hours were a little hard getting used to at first, but I enjoy it now. It is so nice having 2 incomes coming in again.
*My son is doing so well in school, I am so very proud of him. He is only 5 years old and has been advanced to 1st grade reading and writing. He came home the other day with a note from his teacher saying that he had aced both his kindergarten and 1st grade spelling tests! He amazes me everyday.
*I am finally glad to see some snow on the ground. It has been snowing here for 2 days now and we are expected to get some more in the next couple of days. We bought a sled yesterday for my son and our "sled dog", Mufasa...He hasn't pulled a sled since we were living in Alaska, so I can't wait to see his reaction when we get him hooked up to one again. Mufasa is definately a true working dog and loves to pull!
Well that is all for now...
I hope all my friends here on SG are doing well.
Kisses to all
