Not sure if anyone is still out there and still reading blogs or not...this place seems to have no friends any more.
Anywhoo, I just, just got out of a very stressful situation. I'm going to try to relieve it by blogging a little.
I love lizards. I wound up chasing this guy and his buddies around for about 20 minutes. Finally he posed for me. Actually he turned his head up and smiled too. :)
I may try rotating this pic and playing around with it in Photoshop.
The island was covered with these geese. The natives call them "nene."
This was a random flower planted at a small shopping area. I took this photo at night. I thought it might work with a flash because the petals were white and it looks like it did work.
The island was also covered in wild chickens. It was koo koo roo time, all the time. Here's one of the nicer looking roosters.
That's all for now. I also went again to the San Diego Safari Park with my work friend because he never went. I bought the passes, he drove and paid for food. After the Kauai pics, I'll load some of those too.
