So, its christmas. While its a fairly sucktacular time of year, this time I suppose it wasn't so bad. I got to spend time with my friends again (being off of work has rocked), went up to Magic Mountain (X is one of the SICKEST rides I've been on in a long ass time), spent time with people who I needed to spend time with, and the trip isn't even over yet.
Today is one of 3 times every year that I personally take as a retrospective on the last year (It's sort of amusing, all 3 of those times are in december). Looking back on the last year, while the economy has sucked, and the job market has been ugly, Bush got elected again, and the new DDR sucks.
However that only reflects on the bad. This year has also brought me more knowledge than most people gain a life time, a year of travel and hard lessons with family and friends. It's brought me to see a lighter side of the world. A lot of very important questions have been answered, and the ones that were not answered were atleast clarified (sometimes, the question needs a clarification of its own)
For Christmas I gave my homie for life Xavier the gift of SG. What more could one ask for really.
Happy Holidays, to anyone and everyone reguardless of what you believe in or who you pray to.
