I really need to stop pulling hair out of my face. Nothing says attractive more than a beard with bald patches. smile

Find something else to do with your hands, that always helps me stop doing things I shouldn't be doing, like nail biting, picking scabs, etc. Knitting! Or anything that you can do with your hands really.
