I'm stuck in the Midwest for another couple weeks, but I'm a true west coast boy at heart. I grew up in a small town in central Illinois, and moved to Chicago when I was just 22. After living 6 years in a big city I knew I would never return to a small town again. Growing up in a small town was not that much fun for me. I never felt at home even at a young age; when I was in 3rd grade I started making people call me Nikki Styxx, and got written up for wearing make up to school one time. I was a simi bully at a young age, because all the other kids picked on me cause I was different. I wasn't a disturbed kid, I was just an outsider trying to fit in... I didn't like country western music, despite how much my dad tried to get me to like it. I turned to a vegetarian by myself at 14, and this was not taken well in a farming community, but I stuck by my guns and did it for three years!
From the ages of 17 to 22 I moved around quite a bit; I finally managed to settle on Chicago for a place to live, but when the real-estate boom happened in 2003 in California I found myself chasing the dream and moved out west. San Francisco is a great place to live, and I think that I might want to raise kids or at least settle down there. For now I'm living back in Springfield Illinois, as my father got sick this last year and I moved home to care for him. When he died I was enrolled in a few classes at the community college here, so when those classes are out in May I'm returning to the west coast. I might settle again in SF, or I might try someplace new!... Any suggestions?

SF is too busy for me, but I've always enjoyed visiting it... I'd prefer to live in the coast lined mountains of Santa Druz or something.. God I love an environment like that!! It really puts me at peace... unlike the Central Valley - YUK!
If you ever come back to Cali again, let me know and I'll shot an SB set of you! ;-)
