I was just thinking about doing this post to help me and maybe other people who suffer with mental health issues. I have been struggling with depression since a long time and since a very young age. I know sometimes we think things are taken for granted even through a hard time so, I will try to write these every week and share them with you! Don't hesitate to share yours in the comments! No one is here or have the right to judge anyone. Here is a safe space for all of us. And if you wanna talk, dm me π€
So, today I will try to list 5 things I am thankful for β¨
1. I am thankful to wake up every morning
2. I am thankful to breathe
3. I am thankful for my family to be healthy and close together
4. I am thankful for my dearest friends I can count on even id the dark times
5. I am thankful to be healthier than few months ago
And voilΓ . Hope it helps you for today. Know that even if you think/feel alone, you are not. There is always someone for you, even when you don't want to bother them, knows that you'll never bother them when you need help. π
