This blog, will be brief, but more uplifting than the last. :-D I just started to exercise again. A couple of years ago I lost a pretty impressive (if I must say so myself.) 143 lbs. I felt good; better than I had in years in fact. And I looked better, and of course I felt better about myself. Then my mum fell and broke her hip, so I had to help her; take her to her appointments, help with the shopping, cooking etc.... and I fell out of my work out routine; and unfortunately got back into my bad habits of eating crap, and not exercising. Now I didn't gain all the weight back, but I still got a lot heavier and unhealthier than I should have. A few of weeks ago, I decided that it was time. And I'm happy to say, I'm three weeks in and (other than a couple of slips.) I'm back into the routine. :-D with a little luck (and a lot of discipline on my part.) This time next year I'll be half the man I am now. (pun intended.) ;-)
