I have a lot of headaches those days and wonder where they come from. So I took some decisions:
*go vegan for a while.
*leave sugar from my meals.
*eat more salads
*do reiki more regulary.
*more gym
*practise yoga more regulary
we'll see...must get out of this leck of energy
