My boss got me a leg lamp for Christmas.
She set the whole thing up like in the movie and gave me a certificate of major award and it was supposed to be funny, but the courier wrote it and his jokes weren't that great, so I figured that the boss was just trying to annoy me.
Then a box showed up and it said "fragile" on it, but I figured it was a goof. I opened the thing up and there was a mini leg lamp in it.
Holy cow!!
It fits perfectly next to my monitor. Since it was Christmas time, I hung up a stocking and a Bevis & Butthead holiday picture.
Here it is with just the top light lit up:
and the leg has a light inside of it that can be turned on as well:
It's corny, but it lights up my day every day now.

Well the snow already hit us....17-18 inches here. AND I have a feeling I wont round up enough girls for the Lorelei thing to work out, but I will never know if I don't try right. How are you?
