A daring dream of lovers
locked in lover's stares.
A thrilling bit of loving
of intermingled flesh
a bit of you to share.
what we profer to one another
something special something rare,
a love we had together something
none could understand.
what we wouldn't know is
we never understood ourselves
and this love that we've created
is a mix of tangled lies.
this bit of love between us
nothing more than delayed goodbyes.
a measure of me that never shall return
from where it's lost in you
this dance of degredation
a tango built for two
this daring dream of lovers
not dream, but nightmare true.
