spent the afternoon today helping my quasi little sis study and do her homework. whenever i do that i get a little insight into why teachers choose such a frustrating and demanding profession. there's something so amazing about witnessing her pride grow as she understands and assimilates new information. and if that isn't enough, i return home to precious little e-mail messages like this one:
hi sarah, how r u? i wanted to tell you i love it when we get 2gether 2 study 'cause that really helps me when u help me study & help me do my homework.well anyways i'll write back 2 u later.write back a.s.a.p.see u soon.
she's so damn cute.

thanks for coming out and having a good time. We took some big risks but it all played out rather well. Oddly enough my legs have begun to hurt today from all the rockstar moves I was pulling... oy
