So, 'tow rope' lady filed a claim at SGI yesterday. Had my brother freaking out a bit at first - yesterday he received a notice for an interview because of a speeding ticket and a yellow light violation (which he should've fought, IMO), and also stating that the removal of his probationary status is prolonged for another year. Luckily this rope incident won't affect that at all.
In fact, I guess the adjuster is leaning more towards our side, as it appears 'tow rope chick' was gabbing on her cell phone as well as driving like an ass and being a biznatch in general.
