Oh dear. More blood tests this week. My sugar levels have skyrocketed and I really thought I had them under control.
Pills are OK but the thought of needles every day is pretty scary.
Oh well, such is life. I guess it's all those sweet nothings my girl whispers in my ear.

I'm back...not so much a Pheonix as a charred old rooster....thanks to some nice sunshine in South West France.
