Ok - if "intelligent design" means man was designed by god, wouldn't that mean homsexuality is a design feature?
I spent all day yesterday driving (well, not all day, but about 5 or 6 hours in several trips) - and that was the last coherent thought I had crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on the final leg heading home.
The reason I was doing all the driving is my dad had a very very minor heart attack 3 weeks ago (which, for those of you keeping score, means he went on F'N VACATION TO THE BEACH after having a heart attack but before getting it looked at....) - they did some work on his arteries but the biggest deal is they found two "tiny ulcers" in his stomach (we've got pictures - ewwww) which is probably what caused the heart attack - they were busy leaking blood into places it wasn't supposed to be so he didn't really have any blood where it WAS supposed to be.
Anyway, the upshot of that is I went to the hospital yesterday because he was supposed (sigh) to come home so I could help my mom out with whatever she needed done.
Of course they decided to keep him atleast one more day so his blood could build up some more. Sigh.
ANYway, he's fine - he'll have to take pills now (he HATES that - he made it to 70-something without meds) but he's back to normal, or better than he was before all this started. They fixed the arteries and are fixing the ulcers (thats why the meds).
Life is good.
