'course, they'll put up someone worse but they'll (she'll?) look better because there's a paper trail, etc.

ok, enough of that

The search for a new place speeds up.

I got aced out of "a luxury apartment" yesterday by someone who saw it in the afternoon when I was scheduled to see it in the evening .

I'm supposed to go see two places tonight but they're in iffier parts of town - however they're both fair sized and much cheaper than otherwise - cuz they're in iffier parts of town .

I sent an email to someone about a house they had for rent and got as a response "well, we rented THAT one, however we have one" in exactly the place I'm looking - oookay - what's up with the good break thing going on? lol

AND - last but not least the little bitty place for the large rent that was rented turns out to have NOT been rented so I've still got that as fall-back #1.

I'm gonna try to settle on something this weekend.
