my best friend whom i havent talked to in a year called me today... 
it was awsome! i thought that since i hadent had his new number and he moved...that and i have changed my number twice since then. HOLY CRAP!!! oh my god i missed him so much!
i have known him for 10 years...the longest i have known anyone that i am still friends with.
i am going to be seeing him when i go up to the Cape in two weeks...damn good timing i might add...otherwise i would have gone there and never have known he was there too.
what a great fucking day!

ammendment (if i spelled that right):
then later i went for a walk on the beach, tripped cause i was drunk, scraped myself up a bunch, dropped my phone in the water, lost the new number he gave me, and lost rick's sandals (which wouldnt be that big of a deal but they were given to him by someone very impotant and i feel incredibly badly about the whole thing. they were diesel flip-flops...and VERY expensive...) ugh.
