This weekend was a blast. I didn't get shit done, but there was mad fun to be had. We had a barbeque on Saturday afternoon.
Two buildings on the block ended up coming out. The whole sidewalk was jammed with people all day and into the night. We may as well have had a block party.
I got drunk in the captain's beach chair and pretended I was a fighter pilot.
After that a couple of us went to the Denver Roller Dolls party. I saw some of the best bands in Denver and came home covered in cream corn (from the cream corn wrestling).
I ended up getting pretty inebriated. Apparently more inebriated then I thought. I found this in the pocket of my jeans the next morning. I don't remember where on earth it could have come from.
Today we hung out on the porch and grilled the last of the food that was left, cleand my apartment and got a little bit of freelance stuff done. Later I picked up the painting that Amber Fagan painted aspecially for me, for creating her web site. It's called "prehistoric fortune-telling charm necklaces."
The skull charms represent the subjects of some of her previous paintings. Pretty sweet, huh?
Just when I thought the weekend excitement was over, I heard The Ogden theatre was on fire. It turned out to be the Royal Crackhead motel acrost the street.
I love weekends.

thanks for coming out last night pal. I had a great time hanging with you. You really should have won in pool though, both those times. Your friend is really cool too . Cute and really friendly. See you this weekend.
