Well, it's been a good birthday. I ate like a maniac. 
I need to go run about 15 miles.
Anyway, I enjoy birthday time. It means I survived another year. I know some people who completely hate and ignore their birthday. You know what I say to them? Try missing one.
I was going throuth my year book the other day and counted 7 people that have already passed on. All but one were in my class. I was not best friends with them, but I knew them well. I guess I'm just saying that I'm glad to be here. I'm very thankfull for my family and friends.
